The ranch is located 400 km from the capital and 100 km from a major city. Deep in the bush, with an extremely healthy climate and no vaccines required. Easy air connections, very stable political climate.

Main dwelling: a superb lodge (built in 2000), with 1 dining room, a lounge with bar, fireplace and mezzanine, all over more than 180 m²; 8 double bedrooms with bathrooms and WCs; a 12 × 6 m pool; an outdoor bar/grill. All buildings have thatched roofs with sprinklers. A semi-industrial kitchen of 50 m² with an integrated cold room. The whole, in excellent condition, is sold with furniture, decoration and vehicles. Habitable without works.

The manager's house is near the lodge, and 3 staff houses are about 1 km away.

The whole operates on electricity (220 and 380 volt) with a backup generator. Water, perfectly drinkable, is drawn by electric pump from several boreholes. The ranch is equipped with 7 wind pumps to supply water to the wildlife. The population is estimated at between 700 and 800 animals. A tractor, a backhoe loader, a garage, an additional cold room and equipment for the ranch's maintenance, as well as 2 vehicles in good condition, are also included in the offer.
