Applicable from 1 January 2022. Fees shown are maximum amounts including VAT. They may be lower depending on the nature of the property, its value, the complexity of the transaction or specific mandate conditions. Fees are borne by the vendor unless otherwise expressly stated in the mandate.
Residential Property Sales
Net vendor price ≤ €75,000: maximum fee €6,500 (incl. VAT)
Net vendor price > €75,000:
— Simple mandate: 8% max. (incl. VAT)
— Preference mandate: 7% max. (incl. VAT)
— Exclusive mandate: 6% max. (incl. VAT)
Building Land Sales
All amounts: 8% max. (incl. VAT)
Agricultural, Vineyard and Forest Land
Net vendor price ≤ €50,000: max. fee €5,000
Between €50,001 and €200,000: max. fee €10,000
Over €200,000: exclusive mandate 6%, simple mandate 8% (both incl. VAT)
Commercial Property, Business Sales
All amounts: 12% max. (incl. VAT)
Services included
Fees cover, depending on the mission: mandate execution, property marketing, organisation of viewings, negotiation, sale file preparation, accompaniment through to the deed of sale.
VAT rate: 20%.
