QUINTA I

Sintra is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the property lies within the National Park.
Sintra is approximately 20 km from Lisbon airport and the city, and 15 km from Cascais and Estoril (the casino) — close to shops and amenities.

The property extends over 10 hectares and has two houses with two new outbuildings/country houses. The property has no lane access of its own, ensuring unique privacy.

There is no longer any possibility of new construction in the “Parque Natural”, so the area is preserved for the future.

The property was built in the 16th century as a monastery and inhabited by monks. Although major changes were made in 1960, the main structure of the building and its features, such as the cloister and the chapel, still exist. The estate's position offers astonishing sunsets…

QUINTA II

The property has been modernized but retains its original character, which includes a chapel, old Portuguese tiles and a library.

The ground-floor kitchen adjoins two new bedrooms that can be used for household staff or modernized for other requirements.
Next to the kitchen is the dining room.
From the dining room, a corridor leads to the main sitting-room area. Between the sitting room and the dining room there are two smaller relaxation rooms overlooking the garden.

The main sitting room consists of two large rooms with fireplaces. Next to them is a smaller room currently used as a study.
On the second floor, beside the library and the chapel, is a new room with a magnificent view over the hills of Sintra, the gardens and the pool.

On the ground floor the house has two large entertaining areas for receptions, opening onto the garden.
