A 110-hectare estate in the heart of unspoilt nature in the Province of Salta, Argentina. The estate is above all a farm dedicated to raising dairy cows for the production of raw milk and the making of “quesillos” and regional cheeses.
Part of the 110 hectares is devoted to the cultivation of alfalfa, sweet pepper and cumin. Like any self-respecting Argentine farm, it also raises horses.
A true oasis of greenery in a very arid setting, the estate has for nearly a century earned its name of “Belle Vue” (Beautiful View).
The estate produces a special craft beer brewed in the Belgian tradition. Unique in the region, it is made from malted barley, hops and high-quality yeasts from Europe. As a result, the brewery currently produces 9 different types of beer, from light (6°) to very strong (11°). The best owe their quality in part to a double fermentation and a double maturation of 4 months in the cellar. They contain neither colorants nor preservatives.
The estate comprises:
- A brick ranch house of 144 m² without a veranda and 340 m² (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) with a veranda, for the owners.
- Gîtes/hotel with a surface area of 420 m² (8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 study).
- A laundry room + guest bedroom + shower room.
The outbuildings:
- A brewery + cellar and outbuildings (350 m²)
- Agricultural shed (180 m²)
- 4 houses for staff
