In the heart of the Balkans, this 1,200-hectare agricultural estate offers several farm buildings (such as barns and stables) for a total area of 8,000 m², and a 600 m² dwelling (used for the farm workers).
At present, the estate hosts only sheep and produces cheese and cream.
Vegetables are grown in small quantities to supply the hotel industry, as the owner wishes to work exclusively with that sector. This is the reason the estate is for sale.
The land is mixed, as befits a large estate.
It consists of pastures, fields, meadows and woods, with slightly rocky soil.
In the past, it was one of the largest farms in the former Yugoslavia.
The estate is partly leased to local farmers who manage a few meadows and cut the hay for their own use (although there is no long-term contract with them on that part).
